2-Year Warranty Coverage by Arc 

1) Arc provides a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty for most of our products. Please note that products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers are not included in the 2-year warranty. This warranty specifically applies to products deemed defective, with defects defined as imperfections or flaws resulting from manufacturing errors. Damages incurred through accidental drops, installation errors, normal wear and tear, or other issues caused by the owner are not covered.

2) Important Coverage Note: The warranty mentioned above may or may not apply to purchases made on platforms such as Amazon.com or other online marketplaces. Only products sold directly by Official Arc online stores or authorized official sellers are eligible for these warranties. Arc products sold by any other seller(s) on these platforms are not covered by our warranty.
